The pre-filled sandbag holds a maximum weight of 25kg. But, you can adjust it whenever you workout by removing inserts. It just takes seconds.

We recommend beginners to start with lighter weights (or check out our unfilled multi-weight bag to fill it with whatever you have to hand), and gradually increase as you build strength. If you want to go intense, keep loading up the weight.
