To ensure you get the best out of your The55 and prolong its life, we recommend that it is visually checked prior to every use, particularly where there are multi-users. Adhering to the Do's and Don'ts below will ensure users will quickly become familiar with using The55 and to inspect and care for it.
- DO check the surface, handles and stitching of the bag to ensure there are no cuts, nicks, abrasions, frays or tears in the material. Running your eye and hands over the surface may identify damage.
- DO use on a stable and flat floor/surface and check there is sufficient space to use The55. Ensure there is no trip hazards or sharp objects which could damage the product.
- DO clean using a mild soap solution. Ensure the product is dry before use. Using bleach or strong cleaning products may discolour and damage the waterproof nature of the product.
- DO make sure the Velcro is clean and kept clear of dirt.
- DO use sand, gravel, aggregates, or fill 2.5ltr drinks bottles with sand or water to fill each chamber.
- DO NOT over fill each chamber, maximum load is 20kg, 5kg per chamber.
- DO NOT Fill with sharp aggregates.
- DO NOT lift weight beyond your capability. Know your weight limits. Children should not use The55.
- DO NOT attach other equipment to the The55 and drag it. The handles are designed for holding only.
- DO NOT use the carry strap with weight in the The55. The carry strap is ONLY to be used when empty.
- DO NOT store in damp humid places or in direct sun light or next to heat.
