The pre-filled sandbag holds a maximum weight of 25kg. But, you can adjust it whenever you workout by removing inserts. It just takes seconds.

Perfect for all fitness levels, as you can adjust the weighted bag and the intensity of your workout. We recommend beginners to start with lighter weights (or check out our unfilled multi-weight bag to fill it with whatever you have to hand), and gradually increase as you build strength. If you want to go intense, keep loading up the weight.

Yes, it’s already fully loaded up with 4 x 5kg inserts – we’ve done it all for you. All that’s left for you to do i you can adjust your workout in seconds (just unzip and you’re good to go) and all in one place.
